Which one will attract less heat (MacBook Air or MacBook Pro)

Hi there,


I currently have a 2010 MacBook Pro 15" with a core i5. It tends to get pretty warm on the bottom even when doing basic things like web browsing. I don't know if this is normal or not, but I was considering downgrading to a 13" MacBook Air. Does that MacBook Air tend to attract less heat than the MacBook Pro?


Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

The newer models do not seem to get as hot as the older ones (recent MacBook Airs or Pros), but I would recommend getting a cooling fan like this

I have had a great experience with fans, even with video stuff going non-stop.
