Q: iPhone 6+ malfunctioning
My just brought me her iPhone 6+ to fix, and I've never encountered anything like this. Every time you touch the screen, a hyper fast voice states what was touched and says "double tap to access". All buttons have to be double tapped to work, and scrolling doesn't work at all. Restarting does nothing. I can't restore it, because iTunes wants find my iPhone turned off, and I can't scroll to do that. It has all the hallmarks of some type of virus, but I find nothing like it on line. What can I do to fix this?

Voice Over is turned on. It's an accessibility feature designed to assist persons with difficulty seeing the display.
