Once the diagnostics are complete, the staff will explain your options.

It might of been damaged because of moisture from the queso. But you can put your device in recovery mode. Here's how:
1. Note: uncle you made a recent backup of the device, you will loose any data on the phone. (Pictures, music, apps, ect.)
2. Hold the home and lock buttons down until you see the apple logo.
3. Continue holding the buttons down until you see the "connect to iTunes" screen.
4. Plug into iTunes and follow the instructions on the compute.
If this dosn't work, it is probably damaged from moisture. Contact apple care at: 1-(800)-MY-APPLE.
