how to properly upgrade to Evernote Plus?

I am using Evernote ONLY on my Mac Desktop. I tried to upgrade to Evernote Plus. I was charged twice. One download in iTunes. One Download from Evernote website. I do not own an iPhone, iPad, or iPad Touch; I will not be connecting to a mobile device. Which is the correct Upgrade? Which do I cancel????
