Q: My Pages '09 proofreader doesn’t work anymore.

My Pages '09 proofreader is no longer working. MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014) El Capitan current build 10.11.6). I tried an alternative log inIt also stopped on my newer MacBook pro. It is probably since El Capitan was installed, but I am not sure---insidious onset, you know. I replaced all the plists for pages and iWorks i could find.   Any suggestions?

    I never use it (I have my own proofreading acquired from wide reading and paying attention in school), but have just checked it and yes it ain't werkin.

     

    Spellchecking does however.

     

    I might boot back into Snow Leopard later to check if it ever worked.
