LINE App on Iphone 6s+ keeps on lagging

My iPhone 6s+ (iOS 9.0, 64GB) is newly-purchased, in fact I'd only started using it two days ago, but I'm already having issues and I'm agitated. I'd downloaded the LINE App from the App store two days ago, but today--for no apparent reason--it's beginning to lag very frequently. I do use the app fairly frequent, but I've definitely not overworked the phone at all and the fact that an app is already beginning to lag--baffles me (LINE is stated to be compatible with iOS)


Every other system or application works just fine, the problem seemingly only persist in my LINE app. Is there an issue with the phone or is it just the app? What can I do to resolve it?

Thanks for asking about your Line app lagging here in the
Apple Support Communities. I understand how important it is to have all your apps working as best they can. I am happy to offer some things to try to get this working properly.

The first thing we want to ensure is that all your data is safe. You can make a backup in iCloud or iTunes using this article : How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Then, I recommend updating the iOS on your iPhone to iOS 9.3.5 which is the highest iOS available in iOS 9. You are also able to upgrade to iOS 10.0.2, the highest and most secure iOS available for your device. This help article will assist you with updating or upgrading your iOS version: Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Then please force close the Line app and test it again. Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If you are still experiencing issues with the Line app, I recommend deleting it off your iPhone and reinstalling a fresh copy. This article will help you remove it: Delete music, movies, apps, and other content from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and this second article will help you reinstall it from the App Store: Download your past purchases.
If you are still experiencing an issue with the Line app only, please contact the manufacturer of the app.
