Contact the manufacturer of the Razer Naga mouse/go to their support site

Sep 28, 2016 5:25 AM in response to Hunaeby JimmyCMPIT,The device is not supported in Sierra at this time. You will need to revert back to 10.11 El Capitan until and unless the developer creates a working set of drivers for OS X 10.12
