I have an iPhone 6s and just recently have been getting message logs popping up, I have tried googling and although people have said its happening to them, not really found and answer?

Nope, it's still happening in iOS 10.0.2 even after a reboot and reset of iPhone. Happens randomly about 2-3 times a week, sometimes not for a while...totally random apps and times...problem is NOT solved.
And this is on a 6s+ so it's not like it is on the "just barely" compatible device list...
Iphone 7 on iOS 10.1.1
