Sep 28, 2016 9:45 AM in response to Eric Rootby Witold Oleksiak,I wasn't clear enough.
I want the region to be correct on any newly created account, without the need of going into System Preferences and manually adjusting each one. That's what I expected of global configuration tool as languagesetup.

Sep 28, 2016 10:20 AM in response to Witold Oleksiakby Eric Root,Maybe I'm confused about what you are trying to do, but if you set Polish as the default language and region in your admin account, any newly created account made by the admin account should be Polish by default as far as I can tell.

Sep 28, 2016 10:29 AM in response to Eric Rootby Witold Oleksiak,You are right, it used to work that way - but now, at least on 10.11.6 and 10.12 I am always getting USA region (though language is correctly Polish).

Sep 28, 2016 2:16 PM in response to Witold Oleksiakby Eric Root,Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
Or you can use your Apple ID to register with this site and go the Apple BugReporter. Supposedly you will get an answer if you submit feedback.
