Q: Region still being set to United States after languagesetup usage

I used languagesetup command to change my login and default language to Polish.

When I create new user account (either by System Preferences or when logging to network account), its' region always still defaults to United States, setting wrong currency, temperature and measurement units.

Is there any solution for that?

Check System Preferences/Language & Region to see what is set as the default language and what the region is set to.

I wasn't clear enough.
I want the region to be correct on any newly created account, without the need of going into System Preferences and manually adjusting each one. That's what I expected of global configuration tool as languagesetup.

Maybe I'm confused about what you are trying to do, but if you set Polish as the default language and region in your admin account, any newly created account made by the admin account should be Polish by default as far as I can tell.

You are right, it used to work that way - but now, at least on 10.11.6 and 10.12 I am always getting USA region (though language is correctly Polish).

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
