Apple Radio skipping songs after iOS 10 update

When I first play a radio station, the song plays completely through. However, Apple Radio will then proceed to quickly skip through about 20-30 before landing on one and playing. Also, when streaming the music via Bluetooth to my car, the car's screen continually flashes between the current song and the playlist. Never had this problem before the update.
