Q: apple ID device enrolment program

Hello there,

 

he got finally approved by apple for the device enrolment program.

now if got the problem that i can't use two-step authentication because i don't know the answers to the questions.

 

after multiple calls to apple in the Netherlands and in England, i got the answer that the can't help me and i need to make a new id. this is not a problem, but adding it so that i can log in on https://deploy.apple.com/ is.

 

so, in short, can somebody explain to me how i or apple can change the apple id that is currently attached to the Device enrolment program?

    to change the existing ID if you do not have the password or know the reset questions you may need to provide the original receipt of purchase for the device from an Apple authorized retailer to Apple.
