Panic initproc exited -- exit reason namespace 2 subcode

It only happens when MacBook pro mid 2012 13'' is woken up from a sleep of +6 hours or so, not before.

Sometimes it I get prohibitory sign during the boot, but it eventually boot. It never crashes nor reboot if I am using it, plus it does not happen often. for example, one happened today, and one happened five days ago. I included log report and Etrecheck at the bottom also.


Here are the following things I did and passed/no problem found

1-Techtool HDD check passed, SMART passed, no beach ball or anything. So definitely not the HDD.

2- Disk Utility first aid, found no error

3- tech tool hardware test - Passed

4 - Apple Hardware Test *Extended* - Passed
