Q: Siri unable to launch apps

Upgraded to Sierra a few days ago, and just started playing with Siri.

I'd really like to be able to launch apps using Siri, but it looks like that isn't working.

Here's an example conversation:

"Launch Safari"

"I don't see an app called 'Safari'. You could try searching the App Store"

"Launch Spotify"

"It doesn't look like you have an app named 'Spotify'. If you'd like, I can help you look for it on the App Store."

"Launch chrome"

"You don't seem to have an app named 'chrome'. We could see if the App Store has it."

Anyone else having issues like this?

What are you using Siri for on your Mac?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3), Using iPhone 6s running iOS 9.2.1
