Q: Bluetooth mouse does not pair
Bootcamp (up-to-date)
Windows 10 (up-to-date)
MBP 13 Retina, late 2015
I have not been able to pair up my plain Bluetooth mouse (direct, no dongle) with the Windows 10 running in Bootcamp.
The same Bluetooth mouse I was able to pair up and use in MacOS itself on the very same setup without issues.
I have tried pairing several times, resetting both the mouse and the Bluetooth stack in Windows, also disabling/enabling the driver itself, to no avail.
What happens is that most of the times (with some exceptions) windows 10 detects the mouse and offer for pairing, but when I try (tap on the pairing window), it says pairing failed.
Had previously also tested running windows 8 and 8.1 on the same setup, to no avail.
The same mouse pairs up and runs flawlessly also on a different (genuine) Windows laptop.
There was a wireless patch for Bootcamp running around also on these forums and if I can recall correctly, Bootcamp itself offered that as an update at some point which I did. But it did not solve the issue.
How can I pair up my Bluetooth mouse with Bootcamp Windows 10?
Thanks.
MacBook Pro with Retina display, Windows 10

As a test, connect a USB mouse to the Mac, remove the BT mouse pairing from the OSX side. Switch to Windows and try to pair and test the BT mouse. If it works, switch to OSX and pair the mouse to OSX and then switch the OSes and test.
What type/brand is the mouse?
