Q: I accidentally bought KeyNote

I have a MacBook air mid 2013, I thought It is free to download Keynote, but I paid 52,99 TL ( around $13) for it. I don't want for it.It is something I can't afford at the moment. Please refund me and take back the application. I am really in shock that Apple withdraw the money from my card for KeyNote....

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2013), macOS Sierra (10.12), from Turkey, paid as TRY

    1. The iWork apps; Keynote, Numbers and Pages are paid apps, they are not free.

    2. The iWork apps have been free with the purchase of a new Mac for the last few years at the time of purchase.

    3. All sales are final.

    4. Apple sometimes will give each account holder one refund, but then your account is marked to never be able to buy or update that app again. Because once you donwload the app Apple has no way to take it back.

To request the refund use the Report a Problem link on the emailed receipt that you will receive 24 to 48 hours after the purchase was made.

BTW, Apple is not here. Apple does not answer questions here. This is a user to user forum.
