Q: can you write text on a curve?

I an trying to writ a poster to fit inside a Poppy wreath and in Coral Draw (in the OLD days) I was able to write on a curve.

Can you write on a curve outside and or inside in Pages?

If not could someone suggest an application that can?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2), iCloud

No version of Pages supports text on a curve. Non-Apple applications (e.g. Affinity Designer, Inkscape, GIMP, etc.) do provide this capability, and you can then drag/drop the resulting graphic onto Pages and place it where you like.

Art Text 3 by Belight Software can create these kinds of images which you can then use in Pages. You can download a trial from their web site.
