Contacts ringtones not working anymore - IOS10 with iPhone 5s

After installing IOS10 on iphone5s my contacts ringtones are no more used.

I Tried to re syncro IPhones with iTunes but nothing happened

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.0.2

If you made a backup of these items on your Mac or PC, you can sync the items to your iOS device with the steps in this link here: Download your past purchases . Click on "Ringtones or tones" and it'll take you straight there. Let us know if this helps.

Maybe I was not clear enough.

Ringtones are on my iPhone. I can play them and assign to any contact.

but when I receive a call from that contact with a specific ringtone the phone uses the standard ringtone and not the assigned one. Practically it uses always the standard one regardless the ringtone I have chosen for that contact.

this happened after installing the last os update.
