selling copyrighted music on itunes store

hello there i am trying to sell some music that is not allready on itunes its an old album from 2005 called tatse the love a pop oddessy but it isnt on the itunes store could someone tell me how to upload it or if it is copyrighted stuff or whatever i dont want to be a fraud or anything the soundtrack is allready up on youtube but i was hopeing on selling it too

i am going to phone the itunes store or poeple to help me first but i was hopeing sombody would know this first

If you own the music rights; which is not to be confused in any way with "you have a recording of someones music" you would need to find a promoter that will provide you this service and there are many on line, as to their legitimacy thats not my problem.

Currently albums with this title are already available on free streaming services and other outlets.
