Using iOS 10 I now find that I cannot save photos
sent via email. Does any body know how to do this with the latest operating system.
iPad Air, iOS 10.0.2
Hold your finger on the image then tap save image in the window that opens.
Tried this but it does not work on my I pad as I cannot get the menu to appear.
Sometimes you have to wake the window up. Double tap the photo. Then double tap and hold. If neither work try a reset.
Press and hold both the home and power buttons until the Apple logo appears. Release both fingers. Wait until your iPad starts on it's own.
This did work for the first set of pics from one email but it has now reverted to not working again. I wonder why the save option was deleted from the menus at the top of the page.
Try forwarding the letter to yourself and see what happens.
TThis does not work as it was one of the first thing that I tried.
Next is settings> Mail> Accounts ( email provider)> email provider> Delete account. Wait a minute then re-install the account.
try pressing and holding on the picture iOS 10 has that new feature
