I've moved to Colombia for business development and switched the computer hardware of my development department from Dell- to Apple hardware. Quite a step with 10 machines. Main reason was built quality and bootcamp support. It works nicely so far (some minor issues with OS X - upgrades and bootcamp). We never had any hardware issues since.
The problems here are:
- support/service
- availability of hardware
It's as well quite disappointing to find out, that some mac minis can't be upgraded(!)
Who please sell a 4 GB computer today? Especially in a country, where one needs to be glad to find a 4 GB mac mini... A hard drive slower than anything I have seen in the past 20 years.
I'd like to know, what plans Apple have to improve this.
Is it possible to buy online if located in Colombia?
