Can any one type Vietnamese (Telex) on Mac Sierra?

I have same problem with Vietnamese VNI 😢.

On terminal if I type "thi-" (any char at the end with - ( ) { = + ... will make first char double) in "VNI" it will become "tthi-", it make me crazy 👿!!!
And one more I don't like: I can't type "thuỷ" correctly, it should be "ủ" not "ỷ".

My problem only on Terminal.

But I asked my friend about it, he use an MacBook Pro 15 Inch (I'm not remember the model) he also get this problem in some other apps like TextEdit...

A small problem I don't know rule (in VNI) some time text (I have just modified) was move to another place in Xcode, Android studio when I edit code.

I'm using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) MF843, OSX 10.12.3

My problem occur event in a clean mac os (I have tried to reinstall mac os x and no install any app).

Try setting up a new user account and see if you have the same problem when you are logged into that.

I just updated to the High Sierra, same problem --- I talked to an Apple rep online. They may or may not fix it in the next update. There may be a a portion of code they forgot to add to the updates.

KKeyboard switching is Control plus Space starting with El Capitan. If you want to change it, go to system prefs/keyboard/shortcuts

Telex and VNI seem to work OK for me. Can you provide details on exactly what is not working for you? With Telex, what do you get when you type huyeenf in Text Edit or here ? In VNI, what do you get when you type truo72ng? I get huyền trường

I can't type in either Telex or VNI at all ( Both of them worked fine in the previous version though)

I get nothing. I can't type at all in Telex or VNI. I had to switch back to the US keyboard to type this
