Q: ipad mini after update 9.3.5 screen stat to do by himself

my ipad mini after updated to ios 9.3.5   is not work proper , after 3/5 minutes using  screen start to work by himself (without my touching stat to open and close and do some action ) i just do lock screen and after open lock screen it is fixing  ,   what i should do to fix it ?

Try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see apple logo .
