It looks like you are getting a graphical anomaly when you start the computer centered around the Apple logo. I would start by resetting your NVRAM, which you normally would reset for graphical issues:

Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac
If the issue persists, then we will next have to look into reinstalling the operating system. First make a backup of your computer using Time Machine:
