Q: I have a apple mini I can receive mail but as soon as it arrives it goes away

I Have a apple mini and can receive mail but as soon as it comes it is deleted without me touching anything

    Do you have more than one device or computer set up to retrieve mail from that account? Are any of them set up to use POP3 instead of IMAP? POP3 will delete messages from the server when they are downloaded by default. If you are looking at your mail on an IMAP device, and a POP3 client downloads the message and deletes it from the server, it will disappear from the IMAP client. POP3 was not designed to synchronize multiple clients with the server as IMAP was.
