Are any of them set up to use POP3 instead of IMAP? POP3 will delete messages from the server when they are downloaded by default. If you are looking at your mail on an IMAP device, and a POP3 client downloads the message and deletes it from the server, it will disappear from the IMAP client. POP3 was not designed to synchronize multiple clients with the server as IMAP was.
