Q: how do I find my photos in the icloud if I lost my phone?.

I lost my iphone 6s 2 weeks ago out of country.Shut the phone off. Now I do not have an iphone at this time. How can I access my photos that were backed up in the cloud?

Go to iCloud.com from any desktop web browser.

This assumes using iCloud Photo Liberty and not an actual backup.
