iPad smart keyboard

my iPad Pro keyboard stopped working. I get a message say that it's not supported. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a fix?

Apple knows they have this problem and they have chosen to ignore it and push it off as a possible bad connection or a need to reset your iPad Pro Altogethe.

Recently tried to get this addressed at the Apple store which they were very much aware of the product problem, and they said it was out of warranty and couldn't replace the keyboard. It is your irrelevant that it's outside of 12 month warranty period, This isn't a warranty issue this is a defective product issue and software issue.

Hi there, mrttripled!

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! After reading your post, I understand that you receive a message on your iPad Pro stating the connected accessory is not supported when you try to use your Smart Keyboard. That keyboard is really convenient, so I definitely want to help make sure it works as expected!

I recommend using the "Get help" section of the following article, which will walk you through some troubleshooting in relation to the message you're seeing.
