iOS "memories" Scanning Stuck

I upgraded my iPhone to the 7+ and the latest iOS version. I restored my phone from iCloud, and ever since I did so the memories feature has been stuck in the same place saying "scanning". It has been doing this for about 10 days now. How can I fix this?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.0.2
