Q: New macbook pro tried update sierra
I have a new 13" macbook pro with Retina and El Capitan and tried to update to Sierra. While it was still downloading the screen went dark, I clicked the touch pad to return the screen and a screen appeared with the name of my account and a flower pix, asking for my password. I typed in what I was certain was my password and it gave the "Wrong." jiggle.Thought I typed wrong, typed again slowly and carefully. Jiggle. Once more, concentrating. Jiggle, once again. I don't know what to do now. I can't get past that screen. There's no bar to click on anything, no back to the last screen. I twice turned off the computer with the power button and the same screen appeared. Restarted. Same thing. I am in a loop. Help!
iPad, iOS 6.1.4
