Q: Transfering m pictures between devices.

I had an ipod touch 5th gen but it broke (the screen is shattered and both buttons are broken, only turns on when plugged in but screen goes dark again a few seconds later,I can only see a small part of the screen when it turns on because of multiple lines across screen along with the cracks. And if im right the touch screen doesnt work, im pretty sure that is what all the lines are.) sounds horrible but wasn't my fault. Anyway, instead of fixing it , im getting a new one same 5th gen as well for cheaper, but my pictures are not on icloud can i get them another way? I know theres putting them on a laptop with a USB cable thing, but for some reason i cant do that my laptop or ipod wont let me.

iPod touch, null

If you used iCloud Photos Library you can go to icloud.com, sing in and go to your iCloud photos there

Otherwise, your only hope is a data recovery company since you said you do not have either an iCloud Backup or iTunes backup of the iPOd
