Oct 3, 2016 3:44 AM in response to Libero Sognatoreby lllaass,★HelpfulNote the time of the next freeze. After rebooting open the Console app in Finder>Applications>Utilities and look for log entries at the time of the freeze. Post suspicious ones here.
Look before the log entry that starts with BOOT_TIME since that is the first line of a bootup

If it doesn't freeze, then it is either third-party software that loads at startup, or a hardware component that is disabled in Safe Mode.
If you don't have any guesses as to what software it might be, this program will show you what you have installed: http://etrecheck.com

Oct 3, 2016 4:36 AM in response to Barney-15Eby Libero Sognatore,No sorry, went slowly when I was in Safe mode. The log is in normal mode.
But What it is this that "Service exited with abnormal code: 255"?

It is what the process returned when it exited. Normally, a process will return 0 indicating no errors.
You'd have to look at the OpenSSH web page for what that exit code means, if they have published it.
