I have noticed when I charge the battery, it has normal speed of charging up to 97%, but it will need to take around 30 minutes to get from 97% to 100%. How do I fix this problem?

There is no problem to fix. The charging is designed to be slower during the latter part of the process.
thanks for replying. I have had iPhones every generation since 3GS, also had iPads. But I have never encountered this with battery charging. Are we saying all iPhone 7 handsets will have charging speed of 30 minutes for 3% of charging between 97% to 100%? And it charges a lot quicker before 97%?
By design the modern batteries in Apple, and most other electronic products, are designed to slow the charging process as the charge nears 100%. As to exact numbers, I wouldn't know because I don't micro-manage my charging. I charge at any time, for any amount of time.
