Apple Watch Synced Playlist Greyed-Out.
Apple Watch app on iPhone displays greyed-out playlist and perpetual “sync pending.” How do I fix this?
If the issue persists, the following steps may help:
- Unpair your watch via the Watch app on your iPhone:
- Restart your iPhone:
- Check that your iPhone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network that also meets the compatibility requirements for Apple Watch:
- Re-pair your watch, choosing to Restore from backup during set up:
- Connect both your iPhone and Apple Watch to power.
- Turn off Auto-Lock on your iPhone:
Go to: Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock > choose Never (change this back afterwards).
