Q: iOs 10.0.2 screenshot does'nt work anymore

Last week I installed on my iPhones (5 and 6plus) and my iPad Pro the new software iOs 10.0.2. From this time it's not possible anymore to make a screenshot like before: on/out/standby and then short the home-button. I cannot find an answer in the web. Who can help me?

Hi!

Did you try a hard reset on your Devices? (Holding down the Home Button and Sleep/Wake-Button for 10 Seconds until Apple Logo Screen appears.)

If the problem is still present after this procedure I would recommend contacting the Apple Support via telephone.

After talking with the support: They told me, they changed the command with iOS 10.0.2. You have to press sleep/wake-button and home button now at the same time for 1 second, now it works.

I had same problem. Found answer on different site. Momentarily press on/off button and home button at same time. That now works for me.
