Sep 29, 2016 6:19 AM in response to wthomas69by JimmyCMPIT,the itunes purchase page will show the option for HD or SD depending on the film, HD downloads can have additional content and on the average cost more. If you are buying the cheaper option you are likely getting the SD.

Sep 29, 2016 6:33 AM in response to JimmyCMPITby wthomas69,I'm NOT buying a movie, it is a FREE digital download code that is included with a Blu-ray purchase. I know that I have the sd or hd option when I am buying a movie or tv show from iTunes. was surprised that the download was sd when the disc was hd (bluray). Most digital download codes have the option where to get it from, iTunes, vudu, ultraviolet, etc. If the iTunes ones are normally sd then I would choose a different place to redeem the code.
