airplay icon showing although no AppleTV

Since iOS10 my iPhone 6s shows the AirPlay icon although there is no AppleTV nearby.

The icon shows in any audio tag on websites. This is annoying.

How can I disable it?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2
