Q: Windows does not see EarPods' microphpone

When I plug the EarPods into my MacBook (MacBook Pro 13, Early 2011) running Windows 10 Home (installed via Boot Camp Assistant on macOS Sierra) there's no microphone detected. The only microphone there is the built-in MacBook's microphone, no matter if I plug-in the EarPods or another headset, only the built-in mic detects. When running macOS Sierra - everything works fine, the EarPods' mic detects and works just fine. I need it for my job, I just can't use the built-in mic, I need the microphone from a headset to be working.

What could be the problem? How do I solve it?

There is a known issues with TRRS EarPods. Please see Re: Microphone Through TRRS Jack Not Detected in Windows .

Maybe you could tell me, please, if there's any detected solution for this problem?
Does this problem appears on Windows 10 only or any Windows?

I was going to reinstall Windows, from 10 to 8.1. Thought it could help. Is it useless ? Won't it be helpful?
And is the problem even solvable?

VMware Fusion, Parallels and VirtualBox provide their own BIOS emulation when a Bootcamp partition is imported as a VM. You may want to see if they will recognize the TRRS headset.

Since the hardware is fully functional on the OSX side, the issue is between the Audio driver and the Windows Kernel. You may want to check Microsoft Support forums.
