I want to buy the iPad Air 2 in Dubai's Apple store but they say they don't sell it anymore. I went to the apple store online and checked it's still available. Can I buy the iPad on-line and get it delivered in Dubai's apple store? If so, can you please tell me how?

Use the Arab Emirates online Apple Store to order it:

When entering a shipping address, you can choose Dubai as the destination city from the dropdown.
Though I do not believe you can ship it to a store in Dubai.

Ive reached to that point but there is no option for shipping it to the apple store itself. I guess Ican try and input the apple store address so they get it and afterwards I can pass by and collect it.
You can try that, but as I said I do not believe you can actually ship it to a store specifically.
If you have any other address you can ship it to where someone may be able to receive it, that should work.
Otherwise I don't believe the "In Store" pick-up service is available in AE. And I doubt the store will just receive a package for you like that.
Call the store and ask before you actually have it shipped.
