Auto-lock time is now located in Settings>Display & Brightness.

Not sure what your other statement means, "too many messages in my screen". Please describe your issue more clearly.

Auto Lock settings are under Display & Brightness in the Settings app. If the issue is messages on screen though, you may want to make adjustments to your notification settings.
