'G' key is not registering - software issue

Hello people,

Today, out of nothing, my 'g' key on my MacBook Pro stopped working. At first I thought it must have been a mechanical malfunctio, and I would have to change my keyboard. Then I tried connecting my fully funcational external keyboard, and the 'g' key was still not registering.

I now suspected a software issue, and tried booting in recovery mode, opening the terminal, and wupti - the 'g' key was registering!

I browsed the web, this forum, and I don't have "speak selected text when the key is pressed", "sticky keys", "slow keys" or "mouse keys" enabled!

I am running macOS 10.12.1 beta

I haven't found a very viable solution, but I did however manage to solve the problem, wiping the harddrive and making a clean install of macOS Sierra 10.12 (not the beta), and not the 'g' key if working like a charm!ed

Its a rather long and tedious process, reinstalling all the software, package managers, binaries and other **** that I use on an everyday basis, but it solved the problem!
