Q: Can i get my iphone 6 fixed?

i have an iPhone 6 running iOS 9.3.3, i'm not sure why but recently my phones screen will randomly stop recognizing any input properly, it sometimes will freeze and it thinks that there's another finger pressing stuff on the screen. The only way to remedy this until it starts with the issue again is to lock and unlock the phone. It will be fine for a day or two and then it will start again with this weird problem. I have tried restoring the phone and I've tried all the troubleshooting tips and its not fixed the issue. I don't have Apple care and i was wondering if they would give me a replacement or fix it for me.

You can take it in to Apple for a free evaluation.  They can then explain your options and any out of warranty fees that will apply.

You can sign up for the class action suit I suppose if you wish to and wait.  At best, in a few years you'll get $10 or so, the lawyers will make millions, and your phone still will not be working correctly.  So my suggestion is to take it to Apple and see if they can actually help you with it.

Yes, you should take it to Apple. Don't expect to be helped.

Where in the world did you get $10?  Typically a class action puts pressure on a company to develop a plan to fix the problem.  You really have no idea what you're talking about.

I've been involved in several consumer product class action suites over the years.  I've never gotten anything worth my time out of them.  By the time the courts finally rule, it's impossible to "fix" the problem as the products are years old and hopelessly out of date and have been long replaced by anyone who used them.  At best you get some token compensation for your past troubles, and I do mean a token amount ($10 was a facetious amount - I could have picked any small number value).

The only people I have ever known who truly profited from any class action were the legal firms.  Consumer products change far too quickly, have finite useful lifespans, and the class actions suits take years to reach settlement.  As a practical solution to the OP's current problem, it is not a helpful suggestion at all.  The lawsuit has not even been certified by a court yet, so it's nothing more than a motion to file suit at this point, not yet an actual class action.  Most USA consumer class actions take from 2-5 years to be finalized.

Actually seeing about getting it fixed might just provide an actual solution in an actual reasonable time frame.
