Upgrade to iOS 10
After upgrading to iOS 10 I noticeD every time I use Touch ID my log in screen pops showing my passcode ( not the passcode itself ) why is this happening and is it safe or secure?

Yes that how it works now it just shows dots for the passcode .
When you use home button .
