Hello tarakfrombangalore,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I see that your sync session failed to start when connecting your iPhone to iTunes. I understand how important it is to make sure that you can sync your iPhone with your computer when you need to. I'm happy to assist you with this.

I would advise to follow the following steps:

1. Quit iTunes.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Open iTunes
4. Try to sync again.

If you still have an issue, restart your iPhone, and then try to sync once more.

Cheers!
