Q: voicemail taking a long time to be available

Since the IOS10 update, when someone leaves a voicemail I get a "transcription not available" message. It takes up to a few hours before it is available. I don't care about the transcription, but I cannot listen to the message either. Is this an IOS10 problem?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2

Hi Jager6272,

Thanks for upgrading to iOS 10! Looks like you are having some issues with getting your voicemails. You can try to check for any carrier updates that maybe available for your device. Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
