bought new iphone 7 yesterday,backup from my PC, started requesting deleted apple id and password every few seconds.apple id had been deleted over a year ago.tried many things to no avail,read some reference to find my iphone glitch turned off find my iphone and loop stopped ? Thoughts
Could it be possible that you're logged in some where with that old Apple ID? Just an FYI, one cannot delete Apple ID's as you mentioned in your post.

it for me over a year ago and I changed to a new
email/Id think there was some residual association
with find my iphone one once I turned off/on
it stopped
