I excluded a mail account at the mail mac and now can not include it again. When I try I receive the message the account already exists but I can not find it anywhere, "internet accounts" "systems preferences", it does not appear to me. Someone can help?

Just how did you exclude the account before? Excluding is different than not including.
What happens if you try adding the Mal Account in the Preferences for the Mail app (Mail>Preferences>Account) and not Mail>Accounts

I still do not understand how you can exclude. You can add and account and delete a account.

...will show you ALL the Senders and all the Receivers you have active. Sometimes one or the other stays when its partner is deleted. Clicking on the red or green light will take you directly for the settings for that server.
Mail account are added in System Preferences->Internet Accounts, NOT inside Mail.
Click "Add Other Account" and enter your details.
Your account will be set up as a mail IMAP account.
If you need to configure a POP account, let me know. There is a little trick involved, but it can also be done.

I tried both, Systems Preference, mail >add an account and nothing is working.

Yes, that seems to be exactly the problem.
You may be able to get around it. Your ISP probably lets you create one or two aliases. If you use the alias as the e-mail address, then enter the appropriate details it should work.
