Bluetooth Connectivety Issues for my car

The bluetooth in my car (Infinity) keeps going in and out and takes forever to pair when it does actually pair. I have an iPhone 7 Plus, running 10.0.2. Does anyone else have this issue? I have unpaired my device multiple times and it will work about 75% of the time. When it does work it will disconnect and then takes forever to reconnect to my phone.
