I saved as a template, but when I started a new project with the template, my color strips (colors on tracks) are not there. Any advice?

Q: lost color strips on template
I just realized that the colors are still there in the mixer, but not in my arrangement window
Right click on the track header-> Track Header Components-> Show track color bars....
