Q: MacBookPro HD corruption. Repairable?

Beginning with OS X El Capitan, system file permissions are automatically protected. It's no longer necessary to verify or repair permissions with Disk Utility. But Disk Utility says the HD is corrupted, and not repairable. How do I verify Permissions?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), serial number on case: C02JKPA3DR54
