Q: Citrix log in issue from MacBook Air

I use Citrix Receiver and NetScaler Gateway to log in to my work system from home. I have been using it for over a year, and all of a sudden starting a week ago, I get an error that says "Incorrect Credentials. Try Again." My username and password are correct, as I use them daily from my Windows PC at work. I have tried logging on from Chrome, and Safari, and get the same error on my MacBook. I restarted many times, uninstalled and reinstalled Citrix, and I still get the error. It must be some issue with the way my laptop is sending my password through to Citrix, possibly in my settings or the coding. I did not update anything for it to stop working, but I have since updated Google Chrome, and still get the error on both Chrome and Safari. Is there a reason I can not log in to Citrix just from my MacBook? I am not having issues logging into any other accounts from my laptop. Please help!
